Are teens really doing the work?
Yes. Crews are made up of local high school students mentored by adults teaching them about hard
work and business.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as access is available, service can be completed without you present.
Can I choose my service day or time?
No. Service days are assigned by neighborhood routes. We do not offer custom time windows.
What happens if it rains?
Severe weather may shift service by 24-48 hours. We communicate route changes clearly.
When do services start?
Start timing depends on route capacity and your requested service. After you submit a request, we review the property, confirm pricing, and let you know the next available start date.
How does billing work?
Subscriber services are billed after service is completed. Weekly and bi-weekly plans use the same per-visit subscriber rate. One-time services are priced separately. No hourly billing is used.
Can I hire Yardigans without signing up for a subscription?
Yes. Grass cutting and dog poop pickup are both available as one-time services. Subscriber pricing is reserved for recurring weekly or bi-weekly customers.
What if my gate is locked?
If access is blocked, service is skipped and we do not provide same-day return trips.
What services do you not offer?
We do not provide tree work, roof work, gutter cleaning, landscaping installs, ladder-based work,
or custom project jobs.
How do I start service?
Submit a request with your yard details and the service you want. We review your needs, confirm pricing, confirm whether it is one-time or recurring, and then assign your route day if service is approved.
How do I change or add service if I am already a customer?

Can I cancel service?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Email
