Yardigans Operating Model

Clear model. Clear expectations.

Yardigans is subscription-first. Customers request service, we assign neighborhood routes, and trained local high school crews perform service under adult supervision.

This structure keeps service predictable, supports route density, and protects quality. We focus on a limited set of services done consistently well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Click each question to expand the answer.

Are teens really doing the work?
Yes. Crews are made up of local high school students mentored by adults teaching them about hard work and business.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as access is available, service can be completed without you present.
Can I choose my service day or time?
No. Service days are assigned by neighborhood routes. We do not offer custom time windows.
What happens if it rains?
Severe weather may shift service by 24-48 hours. We communicate route changes clearly.
How does billing work?
Subscription services are billed weekly after service is completed. No hourly billing is used.
What if my gate is locked?
If access is blocked, service is skipped and we do not provide same-day return trips.
What services do you not offer?
We do not provide tree work, roof work, gutter cleaning, landscaping installs, ladder-based work, or custom project jobs.
How do I start service?
Submit a request with your yard details. We review your service needs, confirm pricing and start date, and then assign your route day.
Can I cancel service?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. You are billed for any services already rendered.
